NOTE on Local Church Ministries: Lew and Marion believe that the vehicle God has ordained to use to reach our communities and the world at large is the local church. All believers belong to the universal church but it is absolutely necessary for each individual believer to belong to and be actively a part of a local church in order to grow and mature in God and His destiny for their lives.
Four-fold International Ministry
Lew and Marion were called to International Ministry as children. They were raised in a local church with a powerful vision for international ministry. 1964 found them in Uganda, East Africa in the center of a nation-wide revival. In 1968 they returned to Canada...
1. Pioneer
After the “infamous” Idi Amin years they returned to Uganda in 1985 and founded Reaching Unto Nations Ministries.
2. Parent
Again God moved ~ a powerful leadership team of Nationals was raised up, young men and women with the fire and zeal to fulfill God’s destiny in their lives. Churches, Ministers Fellowship International - East Africa, Training Institutes, Primary Schools and more were established.
3. Partner
In 1997, the leadership of RUN Ministries became fully indigenous. Lew and Marion returned to the States and today the church and ministries continue to grow in spirit, influence and numbers. Almost 400 Pastors have been trained, hundreds of churches planted, conferences are being held in the region touching thousands of lives.
4. Participate
Seasoned, field-experienced, Lew and Marion are well equipped to “ignite the fire” for successful over the wall ministry. Their passion for global outreach continues today! As finances enable them to continue, they will travel overseas parenting national ministers, helping to enable strong churches to be established and reproduce.
